I started skiing when I was three or four years old, after a couple years ripping around behind my older brother Charlie and friends, I started to unknowingly become addicted.
We pushed each other, and progressed fast in our little rat-pack. We'd always have so much fun on the snow, trying to copy and go bigger than the rest of the pack, anytime, anywhere.
Once we started competing we became more aware of the progression and how we pushed ourselves.
I focused on freeride competitions, as that was my strength from growing up at the clubbies.
I kept progressing fast, with a bigger group of people around me, including different types of skiers with different styles. This hugely helped shape my skiing into what it is now.
The clubfields have played a massive part in my skiing and upbringing in general. They gave me an amazing foundation I could tweak, and build on.
